Wheelchairs
At Bassett Place we are happy to provide wheelchairs; a deposit of an ID is required. Free of charge. Please stop by the Guest Service Center (located by Café Plaza) where one of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Stroller Rental
Shopping really is kid's play when you rent a Kiddie Kruzzer at Bassett Place. Strollers may be rented from the customer service module. Cost: $5.00 rental fee. Return the Kiddie Kruzzer when you're finished for a $1.00 refund.
Kiddie Rides
Take a ride on The Story Teller Van, Arthur's School Bus, Blue Corvette, Red Tonka or Blue Helicopter. Bassett Place coin-operated Kiddie Rides are located near Target. Single rides are 75 cents each. The Carousel rides are $1.00. Take a ride on a horse, Clifford the Big Red Dog, RTV or a School Bus. More coin-operated Kiddie Rides are located near the Bassett’s Children’s Play Area for 75 cents each.
Bassett Place Children’s Play Area
Located at the east end of the mall near the Guest Service Center, the Children’s Play Area is open for our littlest guests accompanied by their parents during mall hours.
Lost & Found
Mall security staff may be reached through the Guest Service Center. Security maintains a complete log of lost and found items, including all mall merchants and common areas. They will be happy to assist you with locating misplaced belongings or any other security-related concerns you may have during your visit.
